To request a session

Click on the View Schedule button below. A seperate window will appear with a calendar showing the events currently scheduled. The Calendar opens on the current month. Use the navigation links to move through the calendar on a monthly or daily basis.

To view the details of a specific session

Click on the desired date in the main calendar. Details for all sessions that day will appear in the following form:

The details will include:
  • the session type (Evening, Day or Camp)
  • the location of the session
  • the start and end times of the session
  • the availability of the session (number of spots open, if any)


    • The number of available spots will appear under the Availability section of the Session Details page.

    To request a spot in the session

    Click on the link in the Availability section and your email browser will launch a new email with the time and date of the session you are requesting in the body of the email. Fill out any additional information in the email and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Important Note: A session is not considered "booked" until it has been confirmed by Andrew.

    Confirmation Policy

    ALL sessions must be confirmed as having been booked, by Andrew, in advance of the session. Confirmations will be made by email, unless circumstances will only allow for confirmation by phone.

    Cancellation Policy

    ALL sessions require 48 hours notice for cancellation. You will be charged for sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the session start time. Notification of cancellations should be given either by phone or by email, not during another session at the rink.

    Payment Policy

    ALL sessions are payable in advance of the on-ice session(s) Payments are accepted by cash or cheque.
